***UPDATED*** - the vendor reached out to me via email and offered to send two replacement mugs of the 17oz size for free. I gratefully accepted. They followed through on their promise and delivered the replacement mugs, which are the perfect size and work as expected. I'm very satisfied with the experience overall, and even though I was initially disappointed in the 12oz product, they made it right. Kudos and thanks!I bought two of these specifically because other similar mugs I bought recently were advertised as being 12oz mugs, and when I got them I made coffee with my Keurig and set it to the 12oz setting. It filled up the 12oz mug fine, but it didn't leave any room for coffee creamer unless I fill it all the way to the absolute top of the mug, which caused it to overflow once you screw the lid on. So I figured, ok, I'll get a 14oz mug and then it will be perfect. So I got these.Made the first round of coffee with the Keurig this morning, set it to 12oz, and it filled up the mug to the exact same level as the 12oz mugs. The only way this mug will hold 14oz is if you fill it up to the very tippy top. So to me, that is NOT a 14oz mug. A 14oz mug should hold 14oz of liquid without risk of spillage. This mug does not fit that description at all. So be warned that despite the description and the packaging stating it's 14oz, if you try to put 14oz of liquid in it, you're going to be cleaning up a mess.That said, as 12oz mugs go, these are nice. The grippy sides and bottom are a plus. The seal around the rim is liquid tight, and it does keep hot liquids hot for a long time. On those points, this product meets and exceed expectations. Just not on the capacity.
