We have been through several grinders over the past couple of years, and we were getting discouraged. But the Flysego has surprised and delighted us. It is much quieter than the more popular burr grinders we’ve tried. It grinds quickly and gives us the grind we desire accurately. It seems really sturdy (like old European-quality sturdy), and we adore the retro look. We prefer to grind and make individual cups of coffee so that it’s the freshest we can get. This is the perfect grinder for that. We have found that if we run the motor a couple of seconds longer than it takes to grind, and keep it well brushed after the morning servings, that we have no trouble with clogging. I would wholeheartedly recommend this grinder.
