I had high hopes for this product. I had good reviews online things like that. At this price point. You should expect a grinder that’s gonna be able to handle at least basic use. We’ve had this in our coffee shop as our second grinder, meaning decaf and drip grinds. We’ve only been open a week and this thing has jammed completely three times which is an absolute pain to take apart to try to get it to unjam and then it immediately jams again. With the actual grinder itself, if you use the little compartment that comes with, it makes an entire mess. We ended up having to put it on top of a tray because it’s such a mess. I wish I could send it back we can’t even use it. $1000 down the drain :(
