Weird that there's no instructions of how to actually make coffee with product. I was missing the silicone piece and contacting the company directly through their site. They sent me out a replacement very quickly and we're quick to respond. I did get something to work at the hardware store. In the meantime, I did buy another one as a gift. I absolutely love it! I would normally use a French press. My kids turned me on to cold brew it really does taste great and just the look of it is awesomeSo I'm now ordered a total of three The second one came in new packaging. Much better than the first one and all parts were included. The third one I haven't gotten yet. I still love it. I look forward to calling you every morning
