Perfect in that it takes up little counter space, has its own filter, easy water pour area, water cup indicator is easy to read, has a pause and pour feature which we never use and it does the job well. I have no complaints and it’s enough coffee for one big cup for my husband and one big cup for me. If you want more than that, you’ll need a bigger coffee maker.For roughly $30, this is a decent coffee maker that gets the job done. The biggest CON for my family is the carafe lid. It doesn't make any kind of seal so if you make 5 cups of coffee, it will leak as you pour the carafe. Simply put, the carafe is very poorly designed.This is the only funnel style pot sold anymore as far as I could find. The access to water and coffee is lift of the lid instead of slide out and this is preferable as it is easier to keep paper filters straight. It cooks coffee good. No issues.Needed a small coffee maker where I am staying. Not a lot of counter space. Works great and don't have to use filters as it is built in. Easy to clean and perks fast!Perfect for one person. I have a expensive pod machine and never thought the coffee tasted right. In the same amount of time get a great tasting cup of coffeeDelicious coffee - fast - and it is good for the environment. I ❤ this little coffee maker.It’s very small but it sure work great. Easy n convenient to place in a small space, the cup size it refers to is an espresso if your a large coffee drink you jus fill it up and your good.it's the right size for cramped kitchen counters and the cleaning couldn't be easier but there is a strong odor of plastic as soon as you open the package. They advise running water through it a few times but that really doesn't cure the problem. I tried brewing some spices to at least mask the smell and it did help but not completely and some might object to cinnamon hints to their first few brews. I assume and hope that at some future date coffee will take over the machine and infuse the parts with its flavor. This is my first try of a filter that isn't paper so that may be part of what I'm tasting but my old coffee maker generated a whole lot more aroma during the brewing process. All that said, I do drink what it makes. ////Let's add another observation after a few weeks use. The odor of hot plastic seems to come primarily from the warming plate. The coffee itself tastes fine. Also I have come to appreciate the simplicity of its single button operation. Still not sure the reusable filter is to our taste.Coffee taste great!
